Snacks

I offer a mid morning and mid afternoon snack containing one or two of the following:

Corn thins, Rice cakes, Crispbread, Breadsticks, Oat cakes, toast.

With a couple of additional items such as:

Humous, nut butter, cheese, smoked salmon, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper, apple, banana, oranges, strawberries.

Lunch

Lunch is served with two or three vegetables, followed by fresh fruit or organic plain yogurt with an option of honey.

Some examples of the meals provided:

Spaghetti Bolognese, Tuna pasta bake, Tomato chicken pasta, Salmon with quinoa, Chicken curry with rice, Chilli con carne, Lamb tagine and couscous, Sausage and mash, Fishcakes, Pork noodle stir fry, Fish pie, Falafel, Beef stew, Lasagne, Moussaka, Chicken drumsticks, Meatballs. 

(Vegan and vegetarian options available)

Dinner

Some examples of the food we have for dinner:

 Soup, sandwich, wrap, pitta bread, quiche, quesadilla, toast, scrambled/boiled eggs, mackerel, smoked salmon, vegetables, jacket potato, tuna, pasta, baked beans.
